Common uses

This medicine is an antihistamine used to treat the symptoms of hay fever and other allergic conditions such as watery eyes, runny nose (rhinitis), itching eyes, and sneezing. It may also be used to treat hives.

Before using

Inform your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription and over-the-counter medicine that you are taking. Inform your doctor of any other medical conditions including kidney disease, liver disease, any allergies, pregnancy, or breast-feeding.

Directions

Symptoms of an allergic reaction include rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing.

This medicine does not usually cause drowsiness when used at recommended doses and under normal circumstances. If you take too much

If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include unusual drowsiness, headache, and fast heartbeat.

Do not use this medicine for other health conditions. Keep this medicine out of the reach of children and pets.
